Hello sifu. How are you? Would you like to see how my style is coming along? I still practice mi zong but I have changed allot of the applications and footwork. It is not intended to be an offense to you, it is the simple fact that I have to work with what I've got. I miss my old alma mater. I'll be in to see you soon. Robert

Sifu,

Another holiday season is upon us following another year of changes, but alas change and love are the only certainties. I miss my martial arts family and wish I could be there to celebrate the holidays with my kin. I wish you well and will be in touch after finals. Peace to your heart my teacher/brother,
Stephanie

Narutomi Hyogo said, "What is called winning is defeaing one's allies. Defeating one's allies is defeating oneself, and defeating oneself is vigorously overcoming one's own body.

"It is as though a man were in the midst of ten thousand allies but not a one were following him. If one hasn't previously mastered his mind and body, he will not defeat the enemy.''

Study how water flows in a valley stream, smoothly and freely between the rocks. Also learn from holy books and wise people. Everything - even mountains, rivers, plants and trees - should be your teacher.

Good afternoon Sifu This is Ali from across the street at allstate. I was very impressed with your teaching and your taichi if it is not a bother i would like to stop by everyonce in a while to watch in the afternoon. unfortunatly with my finances and schedule it makes paying and attending class more challenging but in about a year and a half (hopefully sooner) i will be ina better time and financial situation. until then i will perfect Kungfu I have learned and then forget it when i come to you so you can remold me. I will come by soon to say hi and talk thank you for your kindness---Ali

Hi Sifu I have received your phone messages sorry I have not called back yet. We are so busy now at the end of the school year. I do not know which days we will be able to come to class . I will call you in a few days when I am more certain of our summer schedule .

Hey Sifu! Nihao. I hope you and Simo are doing well. I am planning on coming to the christmas party. I've started to teach! I've got five students, well five ladies who are learning the eagle claws and basic punches and kicks. hahaha! I have to start somewhere. I didn't have anyone show up my first class. I now know how you felt when people didn't call if they weren't coming. I wanted to apologize if it ever seemed that i was questioning your choices as my teacher. I hope it didn't appear that way. I'm learning more and more about kung fu the more i prqactice and teach. I am going to try to start a kung fu school someday. I wish i could afford lessons. Ive been looking for a job and man is it getting tougher. I start classes at USF in august. Ive learned that it's better to hand them your transcripts instead of having them just mail it to USF. I hope youre doing well. Hope to see you later!
